Return Policy

ONLINE PURCHASES

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Please note that all shipping fees and associated costs are non-refundable and due to Paypal commissions we will retain 10% of the total amount.

REFUSAL TO PAY for the IMPORT DUTIES

Once you refuse to pay for the import duties, they will send us back the parcel.

By sending the package back to us, we will be  charged for the import duties.

PLEASE NOTE that the import duties( sending the package back to Rome), shipping fee  and the 10% paypal commissions  will be deducted to the paid amount of your purchase.

IN STORE PURCHASES

For purchases made in store  you can bring the products back  (unused and undamaged)  and receive store credit or exchange for other products for the same value.
