How long does shipping take?

Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 11AM to 19PM, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders typically ship in 1 – 3 business days. This does not include weekends or the time needed to create certain products (additional 3 – 7 business days). Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service as we usually inform you about the estimated delivery date and if there are any delays.

Please note, Manufactus, Made in Italy  is not liable for incorrect information including shipping information submitted at checkout.  Please double check your address before submitting your order.

We Ship with DHL exclusively

Shipping with DHL means we can  send packages  to  many countries using a reliable  and fast courier service. 

Domestic shipping takes about 1 – 3 business days to be delivered once the package is handed to the courier

International shipping ( we ship worldwide )

 – within Europe takes about 2 – 5 business days

 – USA & Canada takes about 3 – 5 business days

 – Japan , Australia, Latin America 7 – 21 business days ( we will email you with the estimated delivery date)

 – China 2 – 4 weeks ( we will email you with the estimated delivery date)

Please note that remote areas are not to be considered  in this time frame, you will be notified by email what the estimated delivery date will be.

Shipping cost

Once you have all your products in the cart proceed to checkout and insert your complete shipping and billing information, the total cost for shipping will be calculated then.

 

Taxes, fees & tarifs 

Please know that we are not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs. 

Customs clearance: DHL handles customs clearance and tax payment at the destination. They will contact and help you pay the requested fees (if any) set by your country.

For countries inside the EU there are no import fee or any other taxes required.
